Whether through RuneScape Mobile gold designing their costumes, making their own badges and gifts that are handed out, or conducting a series of fringe events. This year the neighborhood hosted their particular Spoonsfest, a Thursday meet-up for runescape players in a local Weatherspoons, and Noonfest, a Friday lunchtime event and charity auction that raised over ￡5,500 to get SpecialEffect.What occurs in a Runefest weekend takes approximately ten months of preparation and production to pull off it.
It's a creation led Production teams and from the Events with assistance from virtually every section across Jagex. It's our biggest collaboration and has turned into the largest team building expertise of this year of Jagex. Since 2010, Runefest continues to be a way of humanising Jagex with runescape players. It enables us to associate with runescape players and, for the community, to connect the people behind the on-stream and in-game titles, with us we use.
We constantly want Runefest to retain its closeness and build on the close relationship we have with our runescape players -- basically it is a diversion of the runescape game universe in actual life; the location where we all catch up with old buddies, some of whom we will not have seen because the preceding event.I'll leave it to one of those runescape player comments we received to summarise the Runefest experience:"Runefest was among the greatest experiences I've had in my entire life.
