Play a game of tag, help your children practice their sports, or take a walk through the neighborhood with your significant other. Ironically, maintaining a clean home is another excellent way to get some exercise. General household activities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing are physical tasks that burn calories and keep your house looking great!
