it's simply an acknowledgment that having a socially accepted body affords you benefits access and less mean we are anti dieter in other words you can sit with us you're welcome if you're pursuing weight loss you're welcome if you're vegan you're welcome if you' insta keto re paleo or keto whatever you do you if you're eating in a way that feels good to you then amazing but unless you are a professional keep your agenda to yourself further the main reason why I call these things out so loudly on my channel here is not to undermine people's body autonomy but only to actually change the overwhelming social pressure
