Today we have an unprecedented deluge  Memory Hack Review of what I like to call the "role model syndrome". In my humble opinion, you do not need to fit into any other person's idea of who or what you should be. You have a choice to be different from the crowd, in fact I advice it. Most times a panic attack can start when you feel that you do not fit into a particular crowd - this is one of the triggers of this condition that I find annoying. When this happens, and before it happens, just keep telling yourself that you are not required to fit into any "funny" crowd at all!

We also live in a fast-paced world where we thing that if we slow down we would be left behind - wrong! In fact if you can slow down now and then you'd be better prepared to move when change comes knocking. If you notice a panic attack coming on, just slow down, calm down, catch your breath, take a breather. There's no harm in that. Take in a few deep breaths and remind your mind and body who's in charge. Learn to pause sometimes and just be calm.

Getting yourself out the public is another proven way of coping with a panic attack. It can be hard to do at times especially when you aren't at home but that doesn't have to be the case because even if you are outdoors you could find a restroom where you can go in and chill out a bit. Take that alone time to calm down before returning to the public place. That will help you to cope with this condition while sparing you the potential embarrassment of experiencing the panic attack in public.
