A book entitled Pathnotes of an American Flow State Training Program Review  Ninja Master by Glenn Morris discusses several forms of exercise, in which "the Secret Smile" is one of them. Martial artists, who know about Hoshinjutsu, are also able to instruct the meditation technique of the Secret Smile. One of the best meditation techniques I can suggest is this as well as very relaxing and not hard to do. The movement of energy is healthier when it passes through a calm and peaceful body and the most important part is doing it as often as possible at regular intervals.

In that way, you'll get the most benefit of the meditation practice. Do the meditation position properly first. Give some time to perform some grounding exercises and breathing relaxation. While doing them, just keep smiling. Take as long as you need to prepare. To begin with this meditation technique, your toes need to be compressed together as tightly as possible until little pain is experienced. After that, relax yourself and experience the thought and feeling of being calm and not in the state of clenching your toes anymore.

Let the feeling be felt up your feet, towards your ankles and calves continuing between your knees, to your thighs and across your hips. Stay calm while doing this. Now, displace the feeling up your spine, towards your head, and inside your palate. Share your relaxed feeling together with your saliva as you swallow it down your throat. Perceive the feeling as it goes down and relaxes your whole body.
